    goals of a team are as follow:
    number of goals(x)                  number of matches(f).
    0                                                                      17
    1                                                                      9
    2                                                                      6
    3                                                                      5
    4                                                                      3
    Calculate the coefficient of variation.
    Mean=[sum of fx]/n=48/40=1.2
    Standard deviation=[{sum of fx2}/n  -{(sum of fx)/n}2]1/2
    S=[126/40 –(48/40)2]1/2
    S=1.308
    Coefficient of variation=s/mean *100= 1.308/1.2 *100=109%
