The bumps on her feet get blood in them and the ones on her skin are just bumps but she does have like 3 sore spots on her back that have blood in them. She also gets them all over her mouth

This dog needs to be examined by a veterinarian. These lesions sound very severe and involve multiple areas--feet, mouth, etc. Your veterinarian will help you determine the cause of these sores and treat secondary infections that are present (bacteria, yeast, and mites). Common causes of dermal issues include allergies, ectoparasites like ringworm or mites, contact dermatitis/reactions, and immune mediated diseases.
Initial diagnostics will include a skin cytology, skin scraping, and fungal culture. With severe disease often skin biopsies are needed to diagnose problems.
