Go a head and help her. If you see a tail get a wash rag and when she pushes you can get a hold of the tail and pull with her pushing pull only when she pushes

If u cat see the kitten that is stuck gently remove it and place in front of mother .If this is her 1st litter u may have show her how open the bag baby is ,Also she may not have dilated enough. Good luck hope all goes well. U can also call a 24hr ans explain they will tell u what to do and whether she needs to see a vet
