    The doctors suggest a sleep of 8 hours to stay healthy and fit. You will feel tired, sleepy, weak, inactive, sluggish etc if you sleep for 6 hours. It will effect your health and performance in the work. Still there are people who stay fit and healthy with less than 6 hours sleep. You have to make a routine and stick to it.

      As you don't get enough sleep you get poorer intellectually besides it may make you over wt. And you may feel dizzier and become weak you may start forgetting things and may start acting unusually.
