What's The Best Tattoo Removal System?

Answer Question

3 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

I had a tattoo removed with a Ruby Laser. Sometimes called a Red Laser.
It is the only known method of removing a tattoo without leaving a scar.
It takes a few treatments with the laser to completely remove the tatt.
Tatts put on with india ink are removed easier than a professional tatt.
Suggest you check around for a plastic surgeon who uses the Ruby laser.

Currently the best tattoo removal systems, in order of effectiveness are Laser, IPL, TCA, Dermabrasion and  Excision. I place dermabrasion before excision simply because excision is more suited for smaller tattoos, nothing large. There are a couple other methods, but the five mentioned will give the best performance.
Contrary to what tattoo removal cream manufacturers want you to believe, there is not one tattoo cream currently on the market that does more than fade the skin pigment above the tattoo giving the impression that the tattoo ink below is fading. By the time you realize your tattoo is not fading it's to late, you have been had by some unscrupulous marketers. One way to prove this is to first check out the company policy on returns and if they offer a legitimate money back guarantee. I can think of only one such company that will return some of your money if you aren't satisfied, but they make you jump through many hoops to try to get you to give up on the process instead of dealing with the hassle.
