If You Transfer From Public School To A Private School Do You Have To Repeat The Grade Your Currently In?

You shouldn't have to repeat the grade. You should be able to continue in your present grade if your grades are good. Many times a private school is ahead of public schools. In that case they will either advise you to repeat or test you to see where to place you.
