    Malnutrition is a condition when an individual fails to grow like other normal ones. It is an abnormality in growth of living beings. It may happen due to lack of some or all of the special components of food. Our food must contain carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, vitamins and water. If the person who is suffering from malnutrition is not taking all or any one of these then he mayt have to face malnutrition.

    Carbohydrates can be obtained by bread, potatoes, etc. they are vital part of food. Proteins are also important and can be obtained by beans, cereals, etc. fats are not that important but must be taken in small quantities.
    They can be obtained by oil and ghee. Vitamins are of many types, vitamin A, vitamin B-complex, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, etc. they can be obtained by fruits and vegetables. Some of them can be obtained by sunlight. They are also important but not more than carbohydrates and proteins. Minerals are the salts of various elements to be added in daily diet chart. Water is comprises 70% of our body so we should drink more and more water. Hope this information will help you to take a proper diet.
