Best Pick-me-ups Without Coffee? Does Anyone Have Any Good Ideas?

I am trying to cut the everyday coffee routine to be more healthy. Anyone have any good ideas for quick pick-me-ups when hitting that mid-afternoon drowsiness without coffee?

    My mom's doctor suggests either orange juice, cranberry or even grapefruit juice.  You can get unsweetened if calories are an issue.

      Fresh air helps me.  I am convinced that the air in my home must stale and oxygen depleted, and if I stay indoors for a few days, I begin to feel draggy and sluggish.  When I go outside for a short walk, I feel 100% better. A morning walk instead of coffee, may help. It's much cheaper and healthier, too.
