Need A Boost?
I stay at home with my two kids all day I do regular cleaning and taking care of them but it seems like I don't have enough energy to do exercise to keep my self fit and trust me I need it so what is a good pill or drink or something that I can take that will help with my energy level but not make a shaky and hyper.

As difficult as it may seem, what you need is the exercise. Once you get into the routine, you will find that the energy will produce itself from the exercise. You might try some of the energy drinks but make them sugar free as the sugar can also make you hyper. This, just to get you over the hump.
