The work involved patience customer service can not be explained.

One may work with a buyer showing them houses for months then buyer turns around and purchases
a they like from another agent. $-0- sales.
That is only one let down. There are many good things also.

If you enjoy working and meeting people, have great patience willing to work from 8:00am to any
and all hours of the night for phone calls you will do fine.

If you have a family, the late hours would be the most stressful.

I would suggest that you talk directly to a real estate company in your area. They will be more than
glad to help.

First obtaining your real estate license after completely requirements in your state.
A real estate sales person has to work under a broker for at least a year.
