Find The Surface Area Of A Hollow Cylinder, Radius =7cm And 1m Long.?

Answer Question

    The formula for the surface area of a cylinder is:
    S. Area = 2 π r2 + 2 π r h
    in the question we are given that:
    r=7
    h=1
    We know that:
    pi=3.14
    plugging in the values:
    S.Area=2 π r2 + 2 π r h
    S.area=2*3.14*72+2*3.14*7*1
    Multiplying:
    S.Area=307.72+21.98
    Adding:
    s.area=329.7
    So the surface area is 329.7
