    What Are My Rights When A Landlord Leaves A Message With A 3rd Party? What Information Can/cannot Be Given?

    My renter called a person on my contract that was strictly for emergencies only and left a message that I feel violated my privacy.

    They cant by the Fair housing Act...its illegal and you could take them to court for it. It's all about privacy!
