If you are asking about target, objectives and goals then here are the definitions from a business context.
Target is Something aimed at or it can be defined as a desired mission of an organization. Objectives are the state of affairs or the rules defined by an organization. And goals are the end results the company wants to achieve. The objectives and targets are the means to achieve these goals.
