How Do I Fix Non Working Flashers On 1991 Ford Ranger?

The turn signals nor the emergency flashers do not flash; I do have front and back parking and head lights. No brake lights.

You may need to replace the FLASHER unit, usually located on the fuse panel. Also, check your bulbs, if any are burnt out the flasher may not function. Check for power to the flasher first as it may just be a fuse. Turn on the ignition switch, watch the turn signal indicators on the dash panel as you move the turn signal lever from right to left. If the light appears in the indicator in either position, then I would suspect that you have a bulb problem. Also, the light coming on shows that there is power to the flasher.
    I hope this helps.

You probably have a bad Relay Switch.
Consult your owners manual to see which one it is.
The relay switch can be replaced inexpensively. You can pick one up at your local autoparts store.
