It Is Possible To Break A Rental Lease When Tenant Has To Move Over 200 Miles For Job?

I am trying to get out of my rental lease because I have accepted a job in a different state but my lease isn't up for 3 months. Can I break lease without penalty?

No, it is unlikely you can break your lease without penalty unless there is a specific clause written into your lease which provides for it. So sorry.

No, but talk with the management company and see if they will let you out of the lease if you find someone to rent the apartment. Or you could see if you can sublease the apartment to a friend or relative.
