How Can I Get A Malaysian Visa?

If you want to get a visa for Malaysia, you first have to determine which type of visa it is that you want. If you want to go there for recreational or business purposes, you will need a single entry visa which is valid for 3 months. There are also multiple entry and transit visas. The visa can be obtained from a Malaysian representative office prior to entering the country. You will have to find out where is the nearest representative office in your country and get a visa application from there.
Along with the filled application you need to submit your passport, 3 copies of form IM.47, 3 passport type photographs, copy of your round trip ticket and a document which proves you have sufficient funds. If there is no representative office in your country, you can also submit the above mentioned documents and the application to the British high commission.
