You have to turn your camera on then plug the usb cable into the camera and then into the usb port in your computer, then your computer will ask you if you want to download the pictures to your computer, click yes and there you go . Hope i could help . PS it is way easier with a memory card just take out the memory card and stick it in to your computer and download .)
