Just re-fied the house so no equity but they promised us 45,000 and gave us only 5,000. We need the money to pay off everything to make the house payments.

Hi, looks like you are going to have to solve this by other ways. At this time, it is no secret that there's not much money to lend. A lot of big companies that lends have closed their door to bankruptcy although there are some that are struggling (and hoping).
There are many people who are in the same boat as you are. I will have to tell you, as how i will tell myself or a brother or a sister, to get every adult in the family to look for employment as soon as possible. If you are the only one employed right now, your credit is in bad position and it will get worse. And you know, when you have a bad credit, you are stuck - can't get an apartment, can't buy a car, so forth and so on. You won't be able to open a checking account because of lack of money. If you have extra car in your driveway, it would be better to let other people owned it so you can put some money in your checking account. And, get a second job, if needed a third job is good especially if in your household you are the one that can bring in money the most. It will be temporary, but 4 hands are better than two...you know what I mean. Everybody should pitch in - it might just be a support to you - explain this to your members - that you can not do anything in the house so if they can do it for you like somebody has to pack your lunch, somebody has to do what ever it is that is expected for you to do at home - because of the third job that you will have to do.

I agree except we both work and have nothing extra (cars, boat, "toys", etc.). We were just counting on the extra cash to pay a bunch of stuff off to simplify our lives and pay the bills on time for once.
