How Can I Legally Break A Lease Without Paying Rent For The Remainder Of The Lease?

I need to move from Florida to Texas and have 9 months left on my lease. I cannot afford to pay rent until the landlord finds another tennant, not to mention that I already paid a $750 deposit. Are there any hardship clauses that can legally get me out of this contractual agreement?

Talk to the landlord.  You're leaving out of necessity.  Would you be able to sub-let?
