If My Roommate Violates The Lease, Can I Move Out?

My roommate and I have separate leases and she has violated our lease. I am uncomfortable living with her under these circumstances. Even after I have talked to her she still does it. Can I move out if our landlord won't take care of the problem?

You can move out becuase you have seperate lease with your roommate, so you can talk your problem with your landlord, and give him 2 weeks notice, which should be all right.

Be sure to inform your landlord what is going on and fulfill your part of the lease.
