First off, why on earth are you disinfecting your lawn mower blades??  Take a high pressure hose and just clean it.

My lawn has a fungus and since I've treated the disease, I want to make sure I don't reinfect the lawn. I'm not sure that just hosing it down will remove any fungus that may still be on the blades.

If you've used a fungicide, watch for any re-infestation and use again but your lawn mower is not the cause of your fungus, don't over-water your lawn and if your leaves are falling, as mine are now, then keep it raked or use a blower. Funguses , or fungi, don'y generally last long, good luck and God Bless
