How Long Does Vance (Vivance, Misspelled) Or Lisdexamfetamine Dimesylate Stay In One's Body/system And Remain Detectable/SHOW Up In A Urine Sample?

Have work drug-test although legally prescribed for ADHD, I don't want any red flags; want my "math" test to come back as NEGATIVE (nothing to report) to the NEW employer...I have not taken it for about 3 days; will NOT to take it until given the drug test, in maybe about a week, or 10-days total. Know hair follicle test will show 3 months' history BUT I think a URINE test is given, as they described temp, adulterating the sample, diluting it, etc as violations. In short, how long does Vance stay in one's urine?

The Vyvanse contains Lisdexamfetamine which is a pro drug of dextroamphetamine. The Amphetamine is CNS stimulant and can be tested positive for the drug abuse. So it has same excretion of amphetamine. Vyvanse can be detected in blood  for  12 hours and in urine for 1-2 days and for hair follicle test 90 days. So i think you may be tested negative after 10 days.

Thanks. Good to know if in the future they want a drug test, if I can put it off for 2-3 days, then hopefully it will not show up into the future but if it does, I have a legal script for it for ADHD and if I am a good employee and they know me and my character by then, it should be less of a concern later down the road if it does show up (with a legal script). If I have a legal script, isn't it medical privacy/discrimination if they take disciplinary action against me for this, since I have a legal script??
