I am asking this question because I've checked all of the channels they say it is on but it is never on those channels

CW is a Television Network that was launched during the year 2006. It is a joint venture between CBS and Warner Brothers. It is aimed at the 18-34 year old population segment. The channels come on TV according to their frequency in that particular area. Since you have not mentioned which place you live in it would be difficult to help you exactly. I would suggest tell you local cable operator and he will fix it for you.

That would depend on your subscriber channel, any channel subscriber has its own channel frequency to that use. For that its better to always to ask some assistance to your customer subscriber.
