1. Download itunes on your computer (unless it's already on there)
2. Insert your cd in your computer and wait for itunes to recognize it (usually it will start to import the songs from your cd)
3. Listen to each song and rename it (only if the names aren't there)
4. Then make sure that the songs you want are checked and if you don't want a song then make sure it isnt checked
5. Then click on your ipod icon thing in itunes and click sync
