    WIndows XP Network Name:
    "Start" menu
    "Connect to"
    "Show all Connections"
On the left side of the window will be a collume.
Under " Other Places"  select "My Network Places"
Your network name should be listed in there as well as others
    who are on your network.
For Vista you will find "My Network Places" in the "Start" menu.
I don't know much about WPA's and how to find it.
Depends on the router you are using you might be able to  find it under the support tab under Basic Router Information.  The properties tab might have it as well.
Sorry I couldn't help more with WPA.
