As long as they wear yours before the divorce you could go to the local sherif with a court order and he will escourt you to your exes home and allow you in to get only those items in the court order.

If I were you, I would be calling the attorney who forgot to put that in the papers and see what he can do. Surely, he should be able to correct his mistake. If not, take him to civil court. Have proof that the items are yours. Explain the situation to the judge in civil court and they will make the decision.
