How Would You Define The Imagination?

Imagination is the ability of the mind to form a mental image of something that is not visible to our senses or that hasn't been perceived wholly by reality. Thus to put it in simple terms it is the process of creating a mental picture of something that is unlike things that one has seen. It is both condemned for its link with false things or farcical situations and has been praised for its role in art, creativity and understanding.

Thus it can be defined as the process of conjuring mental images and ideas. It was a very pivotal term in the eighteenth century. It is an abstract term. It is also often addressed as the highest creative faculty of the mind. It is an ancient practice and falls under the category of martial arts.
