So far I haven't experienced the phenom. It's probably a glitch in the code somewhere.

Yes. Just the other day, I had two paritys of the same friend. I removed one for obvious reasons. I also sent two duplicate shouts on one occasion. I think it is because I double clicked(possibly). My touch pad is set on high sensitivity. These arbitrary emulations are truly an exasperation.
