Yeah.. You can.. The water stops the bleeding.. But do make sure you are swimming in a clean water..

No you should not go swimming because that is so gross if you are planning on swimming in a pool. Tampon or no tampon you should respect the people who go swimming who dont think people like you are wanting to swim while on a period. Now if you want to swim in a lake or river, you can nut you open yourself up for an infection. Cant you wait a few days until your period stops?
