My House That I Am Renting Sold. How Much Notice Does My Landlord Have To Give Me To Move Out?

I live in Idaho and have been renting a home that recently sold. I was notified of the impending sale on July 12th and the sale closes tomorrow. I was told by the landlord that I had to be out by Sunday at 5. Doesn't he legally have to give me 30 days? And where would I find this? P.S. I don't have a lease or anything. There was never anything signed.
