Embarking on a summer to the northern areas of Pakistan is a wonderful opportunity to get away from the heat and the hectic routine of urban life and enjoy nature's beauty.
Some of the must visit places include:

1 Naran is the middle point of Kaghan. When there, don't forget to try some of the local trout from the Kunhar River, which is considered the best in South Asia.
2 Kaghan is located a few miles from Naran and is on the way to Lake Saiful Maluk. One of the most beautiful scenes you will ever see is the river flowing 800 feet below the road.
3 lake Saiful Maluk, five miles from, and 3000 feet above Naran, is located in the shadowof the Malka-e- Parbat and is a sight to behold.you can reach it by jeep or trekking.

4 Shorgan (which means forest in the sky) is located 7000 feet above sea level. Himalayan peaks like Musa Da Musallah (14498 feet), Malka-e-Parbat (queen of mountains 17,100 feet) and Makra (14800 feet0 can be seen from here.
5 Bausar Pass, 75 km from Naran marks the end of the Kaghan valley. If you are lucky to be there on a clear day you might be able to catch the glimpse of the Nanga Parbat.
