    Easy: Eat McDonald's every day. As also their genius billions and billions served does not even recycle paper or plastic in their facilites!! I believe thou you may be a woman asking in a form while weight training to refrain from building like a man... ? Is simple and supa easy to balance in this second scenario of my guess what you are asking as your question is a vast statement and would of been better for me that this question's a bit more specific to guide one correctly.... More cardio vascular excercises always slim muscles whereas HEAVY weights build muscle... Plain and simple as that as the nose on your face... THE ONLY way to have very LARGE muscles is to lift heavy weight AT TIMES period.. Cardio workouts like running, tread mill, cycling, what else wear you out like that is going to slim the muscle more as you are exhausting them out and that is proven logic why they would remain more slim then large??? Oh yes good common sense and the obvious in perseverance wins every time!!! Every time!!! Good luck in all your endevours..  T
