what kind of tylenol , if you mean the kind from the store , no but if it's tylenol # 1,2,3,4 yes # 3 and 4 get you high but if you use them for over 1 year you can get hooked and stopping the use will give you a problem you don't want , diarrhea and pain that will last for a long time !

Yes but be careful they also contain paracetamol in far higher concentration than the codeine that gets you high and paracetamol will damage your liver and kill you at high doses so you need to separate the codeine out, do a search on google and youll find plenty of info on doing it safely
