When You Turn On A Computer And All It Does Is Beep Every 5 Seconds And Does Not Load, What Does It Mean?

When I turn my computer on all it does is beep Evey 5 seconds. It has been in storage the last 2 months, and it was on its side. I dont think this is what broke it but I could be wrong.

I have faced this problem several times. First I couldn't understand that whats worn with my PC.Then i noticed that when ever I move my CPU very roughly, as my PC is switch off condition , when I turn computer on it gave me an annoying BEEP nothing else. After great effort of me and May sister we knew that hard disk cable was move from its position and got lose. So there
must be a problem with your one of PC switch or cable or wire. You should tight all HARDWARE component .Hope your problem will

solve.
