I just got an unwanted tattoo and I want it removed and I cannot afford laser surgery.

Unfortunately, there isn't one. The ink of the tattoo is under a few layers of skin. And normally the creams do not reach under those layers.

No, tattoos can only be removed by laser treatments..and it takes several of these treatments to permanently remove the tattoo.
