Will Working On PC Continue Sly For Many Hours Daily Affect My Eyes?
I have been working daily on PC for completing my school assignments and my eyesight is going down day by day.Is there any way to keep my eyes safe?

Following are some tips to keep your eye safe:
- Get LCD screen to lower the effect
- When you are using the computer for long hours then for 20 seconds look some where else.
- Change the color sharpness and contrast with respect to your ease.
- Keep the computer screen a bit tilted as if you are reading a book at a good distance.
- Carrots, green vegetables, eggs, fish, milk and fruits are really good for your eyes.
