That happened to me before .. U should go to a doctor .. I went and he gave me a medicine .. I cant tell u the name of it because he didnt give me the medicine he should have .. Cause i was alergic to something in it .. But he'll give u the 1 that suits ur body ..

Thanks this really helped! I also found out if you gargle warm water with salt it also helps. And drink juice with vitamin c. And lemon tea.
