    Stretching is always good.  You could also see a chiropractor about your lower back and coccyx.

      Believe it or not, the human body was not designed to sit, but to squat. Ancient people usually squatted. The best remedy if you have to sit for long periods of time, is to do squats with hands on hips a few times daily. You don't get constipated as easily either...
