You make sure both phones' bluetooths are on and if they have not been paired you got search new devices and when it shows up the name you want just press cancel and then press the device name you want and when it says pin or code or anything that is related to those make up a code and on the other device do that same code and then press accept the audio then just wait for it t get to 100 percent then press store.Does that answer your question?
