I Let A Friend Take My Laptop To Have One Of His Friends Fix It. It's Been A Week Now And I Haven't Heard From Them , To Tell Me Where My Laptop Is. What Should I Do?
Would it be necessary to sue someone for stolen property it they take something of yours and doesn't return it within a period of time. Would I report this to a police station.

Answers
Civil action is your only recourse if they do not return it. I do not think you can file criminal charges in these circumstances. You may not get your laptop, but you could probably get a judgement for payment.
