First i would say yes she can. Second why haven't you guys protected yourself after the first scare. While i believe in the right to choose to have a baby i don't believe in using it a form of birth control contraceptive. I would hope you have learned your lesson and protect yourselves to prevent this again. Good luck.

At your ages I would think that if you're not going to keep a child you need to take permanent measures to see this doesn't happen again.  NO ONE, whatever their pro choice feelings, accepts abortion as contraception.  I would say shame on you but the damage is done and that wouldn't help anyone.  Do you people ever think of having the child and relinquishing it for adoption?  Unlike the above write, I'm not at all sure a reputable doctor would perform an abortion after only 4 months, but each case is different.  Does she want the abortion too, or is this your idea?  You both seem completely irresponsible.
