How Can I Lose Wait On Salads?

    If you are trying to lose "WAIT" on salads I would suggest having them premade so all you have to do is grab one and eat it, essentially cutting down alot of the "WAIT" time on your salad.

      Salads and vegetables dont have many calories..If you take in fewer calories, you will lose weight. Exercise helps you to burn calories, but really, although it isnt healthy the easiest way to lose weight is just to take in les calories plain and simple. An eating salads, veggies and fruit all day keeps you from being hungry, but you wil consume fewer calories.. And I know people will respond saying that a balanced diet, and exercise is the best way, and I know that..so....
