    "Fold", means to use a spatula and gently turn it into itself. Scoop into the middle and push the spatula toward the outside and then fold it over, back into the middle, turn the bowl a little, and do the same thing again, several times until it is mixed. "Turn into", means to gently pour it into the pan that you are going to cook it in. Remember to properly prepare the pan that you are cooking, grease and flour if you need to, line the pan with "Pam" and then put flour on that, this will take a few seconds. Put a generous amount of flour in the pan, turn the pan at an angle and move the flour around so that it starts to coat the oil. Turn it some more, and then give it a bump to make the flour move so as to make the flour coat another part of the pan. Continue until the entire pan is coated. Good luck.
