Please don't this to yourself. At 13 life seems to be something of an experiment. Yet, at 23 I can tell you it's important for you make some of these decisions later on in life. This doesn't mean you are able to make great decisions...this just means you will have had longer to think about them and understand their good and bad consequences. Please take this advice to heart.

At 13, NO.  You may think that the ones that are telling you not to have sex right now are old fuddy duddys, but I am going to be truthful with you.  You may have heard all sorts of things about sex like about how good it is and special it is and all that.  But I can tell you right now, that if you do it now, you will not enjoy it or like it.  You will feel guilty and upset with yourself for losing your virginity at 13.  Sex is something that needs to be prepared for, not just physically, but emotionally.  Right now, emotionally at 13, you are not prepared to have sex.  No, I don't know you, but I know that.  Please do not do it.

Don't do it!! 13 is way to young to get yourself in the messes that come along with having sex. STD's, pregnancy, etc... Your virginity is something very special and you only have one chance to give it away. Make it when you are older and more capable of dealing with any negative consequences that come out of this, and give it to someone who loves you more than anything, 13 year olds love a lot of stuff and will fall in and out of love alot wait a while. Enjoy being young and beautiful, it fades quickly.

Having sex at 13 is not a wise decision; first of all you will not be able to handle such a serious relationship.  Your body is not ready nor your mind for such Adult behavior.  Will you be prepared if you contract a disease that you can not get rid of and have you acknowledge that you may get pregnant then what will happen to you and your baby.  Wait you have plenty time to have sex.  It’s not that big of a deal what’s your rush.  I think now is time for you to talk to your parents about having sex or some adult that you trust.  The choices you make now will affect your whole life.    Take care.

Certainly Not. At 13 your going though a huge amount of hormones and transitions weather you are a boy or a girl. Having sex is something that will be special to you. It is a thing that, if you wait potentially, it will happen when your old enough, mature enough and in a meaningful relationship. Don't do it. And if you happen to ignore these responses, play safe.
