How Can You Unlock A Nokia 6103?Phone Says Enter Restriction Code.

I have forgotten the code that i used to lock my nokia 6103, and have tried several different ones, but now the phone says phone restricted, enter restriction code. The code is one that i myself entered into the phone, now i cannot remember it, and i have tried too many entering the wrong phone unlock code, no carrier will know a code that i have put into the phone. I guess what i need is a code to reset all settings on the phone. But i will need to bypass the restriction error first.
