    Basically Sulphuric acid plays an important role in various fields of life like it is widely used in industries. For example, it is used in many organic chemical manufacturing industries. The detergents which are commonly used at homes are also manufactured from it. Sulphuric acid is also used in making pigments and dies which are excessively used nowadays. Even it is used in agriculture for fertilizers production. Sulphuric acid is also used in the processing of plastics. It is used in car batteries. From wood pulping to leather tanning,  Sulphuric acid is very important. Moreover, it is also used in various edibles in the form of citric and lactic acid. Edible oils are also processed in the presence of  Sulphuric acid.
