When Screen Printing On Black T Shirts, Should You Print White For The Entire Design Then Color?
On my job we are printing t-shirts but the gold on black is not as I'd like it to be.

No you don't have to paint the design white for Black T-shirts before applying the actual color. The Gold is not coming as you want it to be because you might not be using a good brand or simply increase the quantity of paint.

It's ink, Not paint. And yes with most metallic inks it is necessary to have i white or light base.
