Is not she excreting properly? Or she is not excreting at all? Its excretion system may be get effected due to change in food. Sometimes change in litter box often make cats reluctant passing their feces. If your cat does not take in enough of water daily then dehydration occurs that is mainly the major cause of constipation. Increase its intake of water. Id it does not drink water in a normal quantity then you will have to give it through intravenous. Constipation is basic cause of lots of diseases. If your cat is not showing any bowel movement at all then it should be shown to a vet immediately.
