You have to beat the easy people than the hard that has 100 level pokemon. Be sure to bring lots of healing and potions to help you and your pokemon so you can beat them

The way i did it was by starting off with a dragonite and tranitar my speciall move for tranitar was earthquake to weaken the pokemon and then dragonite finish them off.............later when they are done i have salamence and flygon with them i got to the tower tycon and beat him.
