Why Doesn't The Upload An Avatar Feature Work For This Site?
I was updating my profile and would like to add my own avatar. Is there a way to upload a photo? When I click on the button to upload a avatar the page does not change to an upload page and just stays the same. What's up with this feature, or do I have the wrong understanding?

No, you are not wrong. It should open your photo file.
Could be the site is having problems with it.
